worst service over charge

We had a bad experience with his work. He replaced the fitting for a flush which got jammed in a couple of weeks . He gave no warranty so when we called back he took an additional service charge but still it jammed in 2 days. We had to get new fitting done by a different plumber who gave us a 3 month warranty as well.

I had issue with my Jaguar toilet flush, i tried to get help from local plumber who asked me to change the flush as it's beyond repair. And the plumber who came did not even touch the flush. I was bit sceptical changing it as he did not even open and check the problem inside. So i thought of taking second opinion. I asked hardware store guy to send plumber, he had send me saviour. Ramji observed the flush and then decided to open it. I understood this guy knows what he is doing, as inexperienced plumbers would not dare to open Jaguar fittings. Ramji not just opened the flush but explained how it works and what needs to be done to resolve it. I was not keen to know what's inside but my dad was. My dad got good to know knowledge and Ramji got a student. He finally repaired the flush and quoted us fraction of amount the earlier plumber had quoted of replacing the fitting. Now my dad was sure about this guy's skills, so he asked him to repair all the spare taps we had at home (yes u read it right spare tap's we had almost 7) cause of inexperienced plumbers we had in the past. And all 7 taps were repaired by Ramji. So in almost 2 hours Ramji repaired 7 taps and 1 flush, and left us with smiling face as we had to shell fraction of amount originally quoted for just the flush. I would highly recommend Ramji for his skills and knowledge. If u have plumbing issues he is the right guy u can blindly trust on..... Just understand i would have not spent my 10 mins writing this review if i was not happy.

Worst service ever. He changed the jet spray pipe claiming the best quality. I faced the problem within a month and the other plumber said that it is not even worth 250. He charged around 1k

Quick service but costly. He did kitchen drain cleared water logging cleaned v fast. Came fast thats most important.

Very responsive. Came when we needed urgently and fixed the problem without having to buy anything new. Good work on our taps.

Mr. Ramji was very professional and proactive. Had sought his services for installation of fixtures for washing machine, and shower heads. He was very proactive and services were prompt and reasonable. Would highly recommend.
