This plumber completely messed up the job. The tap is still leaking even after he installed a new splendor. He changed the mixer setting , leaving things worse than before. I contacted him the next day, but he simply ignored the issue. Unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible — total waste of money and time. Definitely not recommended at all.

The work quality is Good—One thing I would suggest is better communication about the charges beforehand to avoid confusion. Also, they took additional material costs but didn’t provide a bill — which is fine, but just something people should be aware of. Overall, good boys and decent behavior. Just request clearer communication next time
