This is by far the most untrustworthy electrical shop I have ever encountered. It seems that most electricians and plumbers recommend this place not because of the quality or price, but simply because they receive commissions for sending customers here. The owner determines prices based on the customer’s appearance rather than any consistent rate — a practice that is both unethical and insulting. In my case, I was charged nearly 50% more than what other electrical shops quoted for the exact same items. To make matters worse, the owner refuses to provide a proper bill. When questioned about the inflated prices, he casually claims that the amount "includes GST," yet no GST invoice is ever given. This is clear deception and a fraudulent practice. My advice: do not trust the recommendations of plumbers or electricians who direct you here, and absolutely avoid purchasing anything from this shop. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by going elsewhere.
