Avoid This Company – Unprofessional and Ineffective If I could give zero stars, I would. PPM Precision Pest Management is one of the most unprofessional and unreliable pest control companies I’ve ever dealt with. Despite their claims of being "precise" and "effective," their service was anything but. 1. Poor Communication: Scheduling was a nightmare. They either didn’t show up on time or rescheduled last minute without notifying me properly. When I finally got a hold of someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful. 2. Ineffective Treatment: After their so-called "treatment," the pest issue persisted as if nothing had been done. When I called to complain, they gave vague excuses and refused to take responsibility. 3. Overpriced and Not Worth It: They charge premium prices for subpar service. I ended up hiring another company to fix the mess they left behind. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually knows what they’re doing. PPM Precision Pest Management is a waste of time and money.
