Service is not at all good. Brought a washing machine and have called several times. Its been 20 days and no one has visited for service. Every time they promise to come in an hour or next morning. But no one will come. Very worst service ever seen. Online shoping is faar better.

Worst home appliance shop,no proper service.Recently we purchased "Prestige" gas stove which has 1 year warranty,and not even a month had passed and there was some problems and when we called Prabhakar Electronics they didn't respond properly and didn't send any service provider and asking for a charge if they sent any service provider.Best to buy either in TSS or Laxmi Tradings.

Very good service and quality products

Very good service and very polite and humbled staffs.

Major branded items almost all big brand and there new product.but the service charge and price they told are littel high compare to other shops..on ordinary days.

Best place .. All electronics parts are available in a single shop..
