Worst experience with Pragati packers and movers. If I would have read the reviews earlier, I would not have hired Pragati services. Totally non cooperative staff, even the owner is non cooperative and irresponsible. Almirah was damaged, bed was damaged, LED was transported without proper packing, Jupiter damaged. This firm don't deserves even a single star Worthless services....
I am yet to receive my goods. They packed my goods on 8thDecember and left it in the godown for ten days. On the 18th they sent it with Gati from Hyderabad to Kolkata. The packages have reached Kolkata yesterday but I am yet to receive them. Horrible. Now they are showing I will get them tomorrow.
They are worst delivery agency, they will say that that they will do the things done and then deliver it in auto, there packers also are unpolite, they do not want even want to do work and do the packaging very poorly, they get angry if asked to pack properly and will shout, such a unmannered way of buisness, worst don't even buy, I ask them to fire that guy , but they did not do anything worst business
