PRIME Packers and Movers Vijayawada

Very Rude behaviour, they want more money and very little luggage to pack. The boys were good but owner is very rude and will cut the calls even if we are talking. Doesn’t know how to behave with customers. How can a family have only four main items, think logically, these people are not good at work that’s why many bad reviews, he will always answer back with fake issues like this, but if he is correct all the time then why so many bad reviews? I gave him work without reading his reviews as I was in hurry and he was number 1 in just dial. People are smart enough to understand everything. You keep behaving like this and your reviews will be increasing like this. Does anyone will have personal rivals with you. Try to show interest in changing your attitude not in answering back like this

Worst Service Ever: ================ I'm sharing my experience since no other customer shouldn't face the same issue. 1. Had a deal with prime packers to transfer a cot and mattress for 3500(very expensive) for 298 KM distance 2. No packing...directly they will put all the luggage in the mini lorry or van with out any cover packing and it will be on mud in lorry or van. 3. My mattress got completely damaged because they did not provide any packing..so it got ruptured in the journey 4. while unloading the items, foot steps they are taking directly on the items which are unpacked. in my case on mattress they are walking. I just suggest people who are opting for the packers service record the phone conversations made while you having a deal with packers. they are very cunning here be cautious. Do not pay much advance amount until the package reach safely to you. once you pay the amount they wont care at all about your luggage. Overall..i had a very worst experience with prime packers and movers.Based on the above comments/ experience shared, you decide to choose this packers are not.

I don't even want to give 1 star to these worst people. These guys broken our things and not responding properly to us. These people damaged almost Rs. 2000 valuable items and some items are missing as well. Don't trust these guys and don't waste your money. If any product of yours damaged by them, they will not take any responsibility these are not accountable for the loss. They are not even say sorry for the loss. They charged 3500 rs for around 2kms. 1. Removed Fan's in all rooms 2. Removing and fitting bed in new home 3. In time 4. Bubble packing for 3 products(charged extra 500rs included in 3500rs) 5. Packers were too fast, not given us time to tell which products need to put in 1 box.... bcoz if they put in proper way it will help us to unpack quickly... Anyway, thanks for your service!!!

One of horrible experiences ever had in shifting our house. Committeed to start packing by 5:30AM but had arrived at 9AM. Promised to complete shifting by 1PM, but made us stand in the road with all the luggage for 2 hours, saying that truck was not available. Packing persons were labours with no proficiency in packaging. After unloading photo frames were broken, one of the standing legs of refrigerator is broken. Worst experience came from AC fitting - just after 5 days AC was not working because of gas leakage due to improper fitting by AC handler. No response received from packers team even after continuous follow and denied to resolve the issue. Finally, had to spend additional Rs.4000 for AC repair. It's a complete mess in packaging and moving.

Yesterday ,we had a very bad experience with these packers and movers. They promised that they will be coming by 10:30am but after 3:00 pm they said that they will come at 6:00 pm . They didn't even inform properly even after many calls. I suggest not to go with these packers and movers.

This firm cheated us by not finishing the work , there personal demanded full payment before completion of work. They left saying boxes and bags are not available. The owner promised he is going to send them the next day but that day never seems to come. I have been trying to reach them for a month now but no response. They always say they are going to send tomorrow everyday. These people are cheating and very rude. Even their work is worst they damged our furniture.
