Incomplete work. No sense of cleaning. They clean one thing and destroys another. Full payment made but they didn't complete their work. Mangesh bhai picks up calls only when payment is due and after the payment is made he doesn't even respond to your calls. Please be careful before booking. There are better service providers in nagpur. It has been around a month i am trying to contact him he isn't responding. That's from my side. Be careful. Be aware. Don't clear the payment until the work is completed. He does the buttering that he will do this and that and all. But no results achieved.

I booked their home deep cleaning service for yesterday, but they didn't performed their work professionally, by seeing the ratings on google I booked their service but was totally disappointed. First he send 4 people and started service around 12 and later he came with 8 more people and all were doing their work in very hapzard manner. We were not able to understand where to look. All the workers didn't do their job professionally, I had to always go behind them and watch them, then wats the use of appointing them for work, if they can't do their job professionally. They were leaving all nook and corners of my room with cob webs, only were interested in doing floor cleaning. They didn't cleaned windows properly and didn't do dusting properly nor were cleaning furniture, these all things were included in the service, they should do by their self but I had to tell them each and everything and Mr. Mangesh was also makings faces and his workers too when I was telling them this work is left. They were not doing properly and always had back answer. At the end while leaving when I told Mangesh I am not happy with ur service and which u assured that u will do professionally everything but really it was a headache for me. He didn't responded nicely and just in attitude manner he just told give 1000rs less and left. Such kind of behavior is very unprofessional,if u r doing some business u should listen to the feedback properly as we are also paying u. Really never take his service and it would be better if I had done my home cleaning by myself. Not a single person of his team was professionally trained and they were all eating gutaka nd spitted infornt of my main gate, like a labour class people.All red marks are their who will clean all that. It was getting late so all mess they left in one of my bathroom, dirty water. I had to clean their mess.

Mangesh and his team came together at the last minute to help us clean the mess after the historic Nagpur floods last month. They were responsive, flexible and extremely professional in executing what seemed a very difficult task. Mangesh also brought together a diverse team in providing complete services related to laundry, construction and woodwork that helped us restore damages quickly. I would recommend them anytime.

I have contacted Pristine Housekeeping for deep cleaning and the team provided me the best possible service. The cleaning staff missed some areas but when reminded they responded very well and politely. Overall, I am happy with their service.
