My house hold was to be shifted from Mumbai to two places i.e. kota & Jaipur. Sh Sanjay Kumar has coordinated & managed the entire shifting very efficiently & smoothly in a closed container in a timely manner. I requested to provide empty boxes well in advance so as to fill them as per our convenience , but could get them after a delay , also packing & loading team had 4 persons which took more time till loading by 11.30 pm , otherwise overall experience deserves 5 star but will give 4 star as real review feed back . Driver Guddu Yadav was wonderful driver , delivered the service before time & needs to be appreciated . Paper work by Sh sanjay kumar was complete & specific to my needs ..so big thanks to him . Overall very good experience.

PATHETIC PACKERS AND MOVERS will suit more for these people. No other words for them. Let me start with the quotation times, they speak very nice when they give the quotation offering best in india transportation and 100% guarantee that none of our items get damaged during the transit , loading or unloading. This was the promise from one mr. ADITYA from professional packers , new delhi. My items were to be shifted from gurgaon to bangalore on 29th march 2024. The loading was quite fine , packing was good i dont disagree. But the items when i received it at bangalore was in pathetic condition. So if you love your household items , never trust these people. 1) my split air condition copper wires were completely broken(i had specifically told them to take extra care of these while transferring, but it all went in vein) 2) these intelligent people emptied my inverter battery completely and were very confident that we have to do so while transferring. I trusted them. What i saw when it reached banagalore was a fully destroyed battery since battery should not be kept with out water and acid for long(battery technician confirmed) 3) my almirah was fully broken , which i am sure was due to falling to ground from a height during unloading. My entire loss was 11000 for new inverter battery + 2000 for 2metre copper wire for air condition + wooden almirah repair 4000(new planks had to be bought) - altogether close to 20k loss. SO NEVER TRUST THESE BUGGERS. I am attaching the photos and videos of all the damages( if the readers dont trust my words, the photos can do justice). When asked for reimbursement of this amount from professional, what they mentioned was they can give max 1500 rs. I checked with insurance guys( ihad paid extra for getting an insurance of 1lakh coverage), but the insurance guys mentioned that the damages during transit or loading is not covered due to some clauses. So whats the point of an insurance?? No idea SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM , be it local or long distance transport. They are fraudsters .

Very well and caring people. All items were packed in very dedicated manner with care and null chance of spoilage and breakage. Sanjay ji is very polite and a very gentle man. All my house hold items were handle with care. A big thanks to the teams. As their name says Professional their work is also very professional.
