DO NOT hire them for home shifting needs. I made a mistake and hired them to move on 28/11/25. 1. First of all, the guys who came to do the shifting were rude. They are not professional at all. They did not pack my cooler, study table, velvet cushion chair. It got damaged in transit and became very dirty due to mishandling. They damaged lot of my products and furniture. 2. One part of my sofa was not going through lift, so they extorted 3,000 rs from me to bring it down from stairs. They knew I had no option so they asked such high amount. Initially asked for 4,000, settled for 3,000. I understand it was 12th floor but it took those guys less than 5 mins to bring it down. 3. The guys does not handle any item with care even after paying whatever amount they asked for 19,000 for 2bhk movement and 3,000 extra for sofa. 4. Quote was very high even when compared to Agarwal Packers & Movers. I would suggest just go with Agarwal packers instead of this one if you don’t want to regret later.

Very worst experience I had with this cargo. They took 5 days of time to shift my household things with two wheeler vehicle and Donna where those fellows have dumped my things due to rat bite my things got damaged n even my bike is also not starting due to this issue. Even they have not sent any hamalis only a driver has came to delivery and asking me to unload the things after taking my transportation/ shifting amount the concern fellows from cargo not receiving the call to discuss about the issue. Really worst n worst experience I had.

Very Bad service, we got our item shifted from their warehouse and it was all damaged and most of the package were torn. When asked for compensation of the damaged product they use bad language and talk saying nothing was damaged. The In-charge person RATAN LAL of the ware house also threatened to call local gundas to get the money by force, he is one of the ceap person to talk to and they pay no compensation for broken stuff,he behaves very unprofessional Please be careful not to opt any service from this Professional Packers in Bangalore. Utterly disappointed

I have moved my stuff from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Sales representative will say ok for everything and they will promise safe handling. When the packing starts everything is different. They have just hired some North Indians for packing loading and unloading. They will handle everything as rough as possible. They will do rough handling for fragile items as well. When they loaded my stuff they left with no place for fridge and they started to load it horizontal instead of keeping it stand still( which explains their level of knowledge related to electronic goods). They damaged my computer table in transport. While unloading also same. When we ask to handle safe then the behaviour of the staff will become very rude. Don't go with this

This is my first review, but it's important to me that I share my experience as a first-time user of Packers and Movers. As an expat living in India, I have been moving around the country on my own since 2012. There are many companies that do this work in Bangalore and others that do it in Mumbai or Delhi. Packers and Movers seemed like a good option for those who need to move quickly because the pricing is really affordable compared to other companies. I hired them for the first time on a Sunday, and they were flexible with their schedule. They came to my apartment at 9am and by 11:30 they had moved all of my furniture and belongings into different rooms in Bangalore. They also packed everything in boxes that could be carried easily. My belongings were delivered safely during the whole process.

Amazing job done by this team. I was getting all my home stuff from Bangalore to Shillong. As promised it reached in exactly 14 days. The packaging was very strong and tough. The way they handled all the stuff was very professional. Once they reached Shillong, there was a lot of traffic but not an ounce of complain from any of the members. I was very happy with their professionalism and their attitude. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the distance they covered and the packaging. I would recommended Professional Packers and Movers anytime for anyone. The staff, Sanjay, Naveen, Rupjyoti and team were very kind and patient. Thank you so much for the hard work in ensuring my things reached safe and sound.
