Hello! I recently transported my bike from Surat to Pune, and my overall experience with Pronto Packers and Movers was very good. They delivered my bike on the third day after pickup. The packing was excellent, and I received my bike safely without any damage. However, during unloading at my location, only one person—the driver—was available, so I had to assist with the unloading. Overall, the experience was excellent. Thank you.

Worst Experience, Worst Service, Zerooo customer service. , I booked my move out from Pune to Indore and will share my experience ... sorry let me correct bad experience in points. 1. Paid 43k for Separate load and sent goods in shared part load. ( refunded difference amount after 3 weeks and thousands of follow up ) - Fake promises They sent goods in shared load and even part load which means half of goods arrived on one date and half goods arrived after a week that too after hundred of follow ups. 2. They convenience me to take insurance to be on safe side in case of damage. 3. But no insurance copy, no responsibility , no communication... no response on call, WhatsApp or text 4. Damaged 5-6 major items, no care has been taken off goods. a. Washing machine full damaged - non functional b. Bed full of scratches c. Plastic chairs broken d. Motor bike shock ups - broken e. Almira damaged f. Sofa - filled with dirt He is now bother to answer call, responding on text, whatsapp. please do not book them for any services. All they do is they will share there Instagram fake reviews with you to book the service. All are fake. Even google ones are fake too. Anyway, i will fight with them no matter how much time it will take. Not leaving them like

They have given fake promises of early delivery. I trusted them and also paid them whole amount beforehand thinking that they have defence background. But they faked everything and now they are not attending my calls and delaying everything. I am worried about my boxes. They musn't have even packed the boxes. They promised they will send image of packing before dispatch which they did not do. I thought they are genuine and nice people but now I do not trust them. Do not fall for their good reviews. I do not even have tracking id. I just have receipt so that I can reach out to consumer forum.

Third class service don't ever choose this .. difference in amount confirmation and on call amount confirmation ... Utterly hopeless ... Fake people.. goods are not properly wrapping damaged my furniture
