I recently rented a vehicle from Queens Car Rental & Taxi, and the experience was impressive. The service was terrible. The traveller we rented was very different from the one in the photos. Seats were broken and some windows were jammed shut. We were a group of 10 people and very accommodating about the conditions of the vehicle. But then the owner was very rude when we tried to talk to him. He also scolded the driver when he was not even at fault. The traveller had loose items like iron rods lying around which could have easily hurt the passengers. Interacting with the owner was the worst experience. I am giving the one star because it’s required to give a review and for the decency of the driver.
