Very high price particularly on spare parts . Their service charge is OK but spare part rates are 3 or 4 times more than genuine market price .Ac outdoor unit copper pipe per feet they are taking ₹250 , 3core wires 100/meter , anchor bolt {10mm} ₹50/pc , where as open market at SAMBALPUR you will get cable ₹25/MTR ,anchor bolt ₹15/pc & copper pipe is also very less in market .The owner & all service boys belongs to the most peaceful community of INDIA . So think wise . Observe all the 5star reviews are by which surname ( not customers)& all critical reviews by actual customers.
