Unprofessional team ! Booked my service. Confirmed the price. And on the day of service didn’t show up and texted that team is on leave. Highly disappointed. Please don’t go for them. All the positive reviews are fake and a gimmick. Totally unreliable ! Update - The only update that I was provided was post 30 min of the expected time over a WhatsApp chat that they are not coming. The entire team decided to fall sick today. What rubbish. Instead of using a templatized response atleast have the courtesy to call before you cancel on the day of service. I would recommend never to go for this company. Atleast read the negative reviews which are the same - they cancel quite often

I’v used Radiance Solutions services on two occasions to date. Each time, I have been impressed by their thorough professionalism. To start with, they are punctual and need no reminders. Second, they work to very high standards - set by themselves. There is a supervisor to oversee the work and make sure it is done thoroughly. , They also ask you for feedback and immediately respond to any suggestions made. One doesn’t need to keep inspecting the ongoing work to see whether it is being properly done. One can rest assured it is. Excellent team work. And finally, they take pride in the quality of their work. All in all, qualities that one does not often come across in many service providers.
