Extremely unprofessional behavior by Rama Packers & Movers. My goods were held back, and their staff spoke in a very rude and threatening manner. They demanded money first and showed no concern for customer safety or service quality. This was a stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise people to avoid this packers and movers company.
WORST MOVERS EVER! Quoted me ₹10,000 for shifting from Chandigarh to Dehradun, but after taking my stuff, they started blackmailing me for more money. First, they forced me to pay in advance, then stopped the truck until I paid. Later, they claimed I had ‘extra luggage’ which means additional taxes and raised the bill to ₹16,000. When I asked them to return my things, they demanded another ₹10,000 just to drop it back! I had no choice but to pay ₹16000, otherwise I risked losing all my belongings. Total scam! they lure you with low quotes and then trap you once your stuff is in their hands. Avoid at all costs.
