This govt doesn't care about us. It's worst Change govt.

In this office as per my experience, need to give money for every single step, or no update and next thing is staff, the staff can come to the office at any time, staff behaves like a dictator in the office, without broker no work can be done here, because broker/agent will give commission to the respective department staff. One of the worst experience in the govt office, shame on u guys. No MLA, MP, District collector will look into this to stop this corruption. No change yet in our INDIA, Corruption is a born n growing in India very well than development.

Service is not good agent or brokers are making money but no proper service get.

Corruption at its peak as usual, if you need to get any work done from here, you must have to go by broker itself. If you are trying to get your work done by your own, it's like climbing Himalayas. Incredible India!

We were very skeptical whether to go with the agents or use the online portal. We took a chance and decided to do the process ourselves. And voila! In spite of my case being a bit complicated (Renewal, change of address MH to KA, and change of name) we were able to get the job done smoothly. Spent about 2 hours at the RTO (including server downtime) and we even got the new license in hand the same day! Yes, Badal Raha hai India. PS: If something can be done to address server down time, it would be great.

I came here to write about my experience here and after watching others reviews looks like its not only me who is suffered by their corruption..... I had to come 3 times from bangalore to here to get my bikes fitness done though I had all my documents properly... Made me wait a while day just for one sign though the officer was there.... Corrupt as hell nothing happens until you give money and even if u do give and give it a bit late they won't even accept and will make you suffer

Worst place. I have terrible experience of that place. They have connecting issue when I paper for online DL exam. When I went for photograp, their cemara not working. Cemara operator Scouting on me because I don't know his local language. You have to pay extra money and time to complete your application.
