It's a bad office I lost my original r.c duplicate r.c made lost my 2500 rupees.this is really bad office
It's a place to register your vehicle or to get license to drive the vehicle. If you visit RTO office of karwar you need to have very patience. Because the work in this office is been done very slowly and need days to get your work done. KA 30
Officer takes bribe of ₹1500 on behest of passing the vehicle even we have paid the taxes. No reciept for the same, if we don't bribe them they will try to slower the process of registration.
Worst lazy staff
Had to 4 times to understand a simple thing. No sign or boards are clear instructions. Poor customer care and information display.
