The service of Rourkela RTO is so bad that I have run 5 times to get a mobile number updated and still till date not updated , sometimes they say sir is not thier , sometimes they say this type of work sir only does in morning so how many time we have to run for the small work if sir is not available give the authority to Some one else so the small thing can be done but no , if this work was given to a broker it would have been updated , just a commen man being harassed

As on 1st January 1990 , after the computerisation of Vehicles Registration numbers on state basis , Rourkela RTO office code number for Vehicle Registration is OR – 14. Registration of All types of Vehicles under its Jurisdiction. Collection of Variety of Road taxes from types of vehicles. Issue of road permits to variety of vehicles. The total building is under CCTV surveillance for smooth functioning of the office work. The online LL testing is going on in the ground floor & all the dealing assistance are sitting in 1st floor. Now evey work you had, is just solved immediately. Now everything is very well categorised and easy.

Good Service. But a lady staff in LL Counter wasn't good. She should talk properly with customer.

I have nice experience with knowledgeable star. But,if you are coming here please must know about basic RTO paper work rules and regulations which available on online parivahan portal.

Not being able to understand if they are doing job or a business..completely dissatisfied with the service..many of the staffs are very well behaved and hard working including RTO sir..but the sir in the enquiry counter who always use to chew kamala pasand he is never in good mood..running since five days for just cancellation of hypothecation of my vehicle..still not getting resolution..completely heart breaking
