Most of the services are online. Public could visit Common Services Centre (CSC) situated inside the premises for availing online services at reasonable charges. The much better still is to visit the one nearest to your home. Save time. Save fuel.

The fact that the approach road to RTO on both sides is in utter shambles seems so ironic. The office itself is overflowing with people and the parking outside is overflowing with haphazardly parked vehicles. On top of it the RTO and the place you go for driving test is around 10 kms apart. The logic behind this is beyong logic when there is so much available in Narwal itself.

Hi, the office is well condition, surrounding neat and clean. Rto sir and Arto sir is very polite person and everyone there us helpful,gives best problem solving advice.

This department is very worst department i have deal with. It charges high amount of fees just for a simple license. Also the time taken for a license is more. It takes a lot of months to complete a simple procedure . Also when we go for trail , I have to wait for so many hours. I mean people who are in service, how will they manage. They asked for 9 a.m and takes my trail at 1p.m . Seriously someone has to take a step for this high amount of fees they charge.

Access road is in shambles. Overall experience was beyond expectations. Very efficient dealing officer Mr. Hafeez at counter 9. Highly recommended to go for direct dealing. No need to go via agents. RTO Mr. Jasmeet Singh is available for walk in & helpful.

Location wise easily accessible. Parking around office may require slight effort.
