Regional Transport Office Bankura

Too much congestion during working days ... at the same premises the office of almost every government office is there from Zila Parishad to SDO OFFICE and from RTO to Megistrate Court. Regional Transport Department Office is not having proper area to take proper trial test due to congestion. Also the place is not clean and well maintained. Thus place is about 2 kms from Bankura Railway Station and about 2.5 kms from Bus Stand.

Nice place but office building is not so good, several small and old building present. Counters are overcrowded by unauthorised agent. They always reserve counters with list of their clients and general public have to wait for long time. Officials known everything but not take any action. Official serves good.

The staffs, clerks are the worst person I have ever seen . They should be transferred or fired or higher authority should give warning to then as the behave like the office is their father office , very rude and cruel behaviour against applicants. The should bit publically by the applicants for there this kind of attitude and mindset . They are lower grade clerk and this kind if mindset..

I have one biye than I have completed my loan than I am going to bankura rto office before 6 month ago my RC book to be tarmanation tunsfur aplication till I am going and not complete rto officers what's is poplam my side and my tvs credit services side all done but bankura rto officers side till 6 month not complete dera government pm cm this is India government

The worst RTO ever visited, the staffs working here are very rude to people and not communicating properly, just eating and becoming fat day by day is their priority and speaking non sense. Even after the document verification the DL Trial are not taken properly, the path they set is very sandy and accident prone Request to Gov of India and West Bengal look after these staffs and teach them some manners. It’s really shameful that our govt body is not looking after these and allowing their staff to do nonsense stuff

This is one place your would visit only when you have no way to avoid. Be it any work they make things overcomplicated and as a result you are forced to hire an agent. Stuffs who do data entry literally uneducated. They make spelling mistake Knowing the fact that how hard it to rectify. All shorts of unethical practices are there. They don't even deserve a single start. This is not only my experience it is a real fact. District Magistrate can't see anything sitting just next building to RTO.

Worst rto office ever...right now everything is happening through online rto portal but still this rto is disgusting taking 10 times more than other rto are taking to verify and process those documents. This office rto or eating more gain more belly fat office kinda confused which one ?? Lol why processing speed is too slow compared to other rto???
