Regional Transport Office Bhubaneswar II

I recently visited the Bhubaneswar RTO II to pay my challan for over-speeding. The total fine showed as ₹7000 — ₹2000 for over-speed and ₹5000 for "No DL". If anyone faces the same issue, this might help: • The "No DL" fine sometimes gets added automatically even if you already have a valid Driving Licence. • To correct it, you must visit the RTO office. • Carry your challan printout, Driving Licence, and Aadhaar card. • First, take a token from the helpdesk, and then submit all your documents at Counter No. 13. • It takes about 4–5 days for the updated challan to reflect on the e-Challan portal. • After the update, I only had to pay ₹2000 for over-speeding. Hope this helps others who might get the same kind of challan — visiting RTO directly saves a lot of time and confusion.

Good, lots of improvement I saw. No long Q like last time. But it is tricky to see and reach this place. - it is little bit ahead of Sikhara chandi chok - it is on the right side if you are coming from kiit sare. - on the right if, you are coming from Nandankanan side.

Orderly waiting in the queue and holding up as per the serial of your token number. Seems quite systematic though and the working process appears to be smooth without any much issues. Parking facility not available especially for 4 wheelers so they have to park in the road itself however 2 wheelers could park it infront of building. The working process would certainly take some amount of time so be prepared accordingly before coming. The learning licence exam as although MCQ based and all questions were directly coming from the question bank available in the website.

Now the system is very supportive due to online services and it's fast. Parking spaces are free and location is in between Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. It's near to Nandankana.

Very sad to tell after implementation of 5T also you ll get coruption in every state . If you don't even to learn to walk you ll get DL from here .it's so astonishing

-Not much crowded place. -All are ready to assist you. -The gentleman gatekeeper wont allow you to enter the office until a valid reason and on top of it he will assist you with your questions to the best he can. -Only thing which I didnt like is you need to carry printout or xerox of application form , final confirmation post receipts as the gentleman wont allow you with any digital proofs but he has his own reason behind it(the officials wont touch your phone so printout is a must ).
