Auto stand rickshaw don’t use meter in panvel. They all have meter but they don’t use as they charge whatever is set by themselves. It’s complaint of many citizens. All buff charges as they want. If you say bindar corner they will charge you 50 to 60 rs its ony 1 km from station. Some disciplinary action should be taken against them by @Rto @panvelpolice

Phone numbers mentioned are not working. I never had good experience with this RTO. Also, this office moved to kharghar sec 36. We get to know when we reach to this old office. Since address is not updated here. I took 3 days off to comple my car related work since i moved to Pune. They still could not process and my application status is also showing as "not inwarded" And have no helpline to address the issue. Worst government administration! I had struggled when i wanted my license, after 2 attempt of only documentation, i given up on this rto (my form was misplaced by them 2 times ) and completed the process from Thane rto.

Actual RTO is located in kalamboli near steel market sector AWC, where all the DL related services are done like Name change/ D.O.B change/ Address change / Learner License test and issue etc. While here at karnala the RTO is mainly responsible for conducting a driving test of vehicles which includes two, three, and four-wheelers. For the four-wheeler, they are asking for RC xerox, PUC xerox, and insurance copy of car along with Learner License and Driving License if any. So do take all the documents to avoid unnecessary rejection or rescheduling. As far as timing is concern the appointment start from 10 am onwards, but officials will be arriving by 11 am so it will be a bit slow-moving but once they arrived then the whole process will take 15min max if your paper is clear or you have been trained in motor training. Charges for endorsing a four-wheeler class on two-wheelers is Rs 1066 approx and the same need to be paid online at RTO official website. Not an official place of the traffic department. Official work is done in Kalamboli RTO. Only driving tests of two wheelers and four wheelers is taken here. This is a public road heading to Sai Nagar from the back side road of Karnala Sports academy. When driving tests are conducted the road is closed or in short you cannot disrupt the tests. (You will land in trouble ‍ ). Poor officials do not even have a proper shed or an office. At least the public or these agents running around them should arrange one for them. As someone else who mentioned earlier, the worst people RT O's seen here who can bend to any extent before money.

Its not an office. The place is for arranging driving test and training only. The officers arrived right at 11 AM and the process was quite fast. Only thing that one should be aware of is that there isn’t any office building or place to save yourself from rains, if it pours suddenly.

First RTO Officer lost my papers in which the test was recorded, then after a month they found it in a officer's bag. Then they took 15 days to approve and then till now i didn't received the hard copy as they have not started the printing. When my agent forces, then they do the work.

Currepted RTO office. They will fail you even if you auto start instead of kick start the bike. They purely just want to make money, they will suggest you agents that will charge you huge sums. Inshort they will do anything to fail you if you are coming on your own instead of appointing an agent. They won't supervise you if you are coming through an agent, they will just focus on failing the ones coming without an agent. The staff collecting the docs are cooperative but the supervisors are too rude. In short there main objective is to earn as much money as possible *ILLEGALLY* through those agents.
