It's showing you have completed your stal exam even after paying, it's been 2 days i repaired still it's showing like this. It seems like they intentionally fail me in the exam and now even after repaid they are not allowing me to attained the online test

Sharing my experience: My requirement was to apply for 4 wheeler DL as I have two wheeler last 11yrs and get a LL for 4 wheeler and driving license. I am staying outside of Odisha last 11yrs and always wonder either to apply DL for 4 wheeler in Odisha (Puri RTO) or not. I had mixed feelings thinking how will be I responded, how soon the work will complete (entire process, and follow up's) and is there any agent involved ? Answer is : No, it is very ease and all staffs are very decent, professional at their level and friendly. I got the LL, my formalities got completed in an hour or less and for my wife also. Now, the day came when I have to get DL and give the test. I planned to come Odisha for 3-5 days with my office work and managed to give one day (2-3 hours to this RTO work, including driving test). here I dont have even one more chance to reappear the test after 7 days. I am driving 2022 new vehicle with all facilities but in the test, I got a vehicle which is 11yrs old, typical manual vehicle with some of parts are not functioning well (one must need to be friendly with the vehicle for a day or two before giving test). I gave the test, but faced some issues and requested, MVI sir (Bamadev Sahoo)for guidance and which he did in very professional way. People say he is strict, he don't listen requests etc., but I would say he is a gentleman. ! He knows exactly what and when things to be done. He is honest and modest with his duty and profession and I appreciate it. Sometimes we need to be strict for others to keep things right on track keeping law and order balanced, this is sign of honest person. He also said me the mistakes I did and how can I avoid it. We always learn from everyone !.I am grateful for this interaction. Very good experience, and finally I passed the test ! thank you guys .. Keep doing good work and make our Puri -- efficient, productive and resource friendly. One word -- easy going ! thanks 🙂

I have obtained DL. I was go RTO OFFICE, PURI yesterday. The DL test conducted well. MVI and staff behaviour very nice and cooperative. 10 ⭐

You will get failed unwantedly, if u apear for dl test at rto puri.here 99.9% applicants got failed in dl test. Those who appeared through agent and pay money only will pass in test. Most corrupted RTO office .Authority needs to look into this serious matter.
