I had an extremely disappointing experience dealing with two individuals from the service providers involved. Prakash from Gati initially confirmed in writing that my bags would be delivered on time, but the delay ended up causing losses of around 1.5 lakhs. He then passed the responsibility to Kush from Rehousing, who also kept delaying the delivery and offered no compensation for the financial impact. In a market where reliability and professionalism should matter, this experience was a clear example of poor service, lack of accountability, and significant financial loss. Based on what I went through, I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services to prevent unnecessary stress, wasted time, and monetary loss.
