I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Pest Control India (PCI). Despite charging a hefty amount, the quality of service was far from professional. The technicians lacked basic knowledge of bed bug treatment and did not follow any standard process expected from a certified pest control company. There was no proper inspection, no use of advanced methods like heat or steam treatment. The treatment seemed more like a general spray rather than a focused, professional bed bug solution. I had to call and follow up multiple times, but the customer support was unresponsive and not at all helpful. For the price they charge, the results were ineffective, and I still had to hire another agency afterward to finish the job properly. Honestly, this felt like a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend PCI for bed bug treatment or any serious pest control work. They rely more on their brand name than on real expertise or customer service.
The best pest control services,I've been doing it for more than 4-5 years with Rentokill PCI. Mr. Kendre have been most helpful and genuine expert. Always smilling and humble. I highly appreciated and recommend Mr. Kendre and Rentokill PCI for pest control services.

Had cockroach problem in my kitchen. The Pest Control staff headed by Mangesh & Gangaram have done a thorough and Painstaking job of spraying medicine, identifying places where cockroaches have laid eggs and providing service.Very Happy with the Service.
