Our experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. To begin with, the site visit itself was mishandled. The person assigned first came, left after viewing the property from the outside, and on the next visit, we realised he had inspected the wrong property altogether. Once the correct house was finally seen (indoors and outdoors) we clearly explained our concerns and requirements. On the day of the pest control, the technician came unprepared for mosquito control, despite this being one of our main requirements. We were then told we would still need to pay for the full package, even though the mistake was on their end. There was obvious miscommunication between the sales team and the on-site team, both of whom gave us different information. When the service was carried out, the results were highly unsatisfactory. We were told the problem indoors was due to brick walls surrounding the house, but this was never mentioned prior to the work or the payment being taken. Nearly two weeks later, we continue to face ant infestations indoors. After I complained, there was no follow-up for days. They only responded after I mentioned posting a review. Even then, the sales exec, Prem Sawad, was defensive and claimed the insects in my videos weren’t ants. I’m attaching the videos so you can judge for yourself. Overall, the process has been unprofessional, poorly managed, and ineffective.

Service by technician Mr Magesh is excellent. However Rentokil, unlike Hicare, fixes service date and time and then cancels or doesn’t send someone. This is disappointing. Would like them to improve their logistics

Very professional service by Mr Jeetendra who took time to explain everything and applied treatment nicely. They completed the work in 2 parts: a flushing out followed by a gel treatment. Overall very professional work done by Jeetendra.

Rentokil PCI has taken over Godrej Hi care. The order placement did have its own struggles and issues. Once order was placed, I had to confirm the contact. Getting a schedule for pest control was another big headache. Getting the local contact details for North Bangalore was another irritating issue. After all this when the pest control was scheduled the technician did not come on time. Had to make a few calls and finally technician did come. Hariprasad technician did a good job of explaining the process and the products plus the precautions to be taken. The whole visit took around 45 odd mins. 1. Rentokil must make the order process very simple and easy to understand 2. There should be regular follow ups witj customer for the correct scheduling. 3. Rentokil should not take customer time for granted.
