Complete scammers. They told us before signing the contract all these things they will do. Instead of doing anything they simply dropped some traps and left and we haven’t heard anything since. The one time they came they even complained that they had to take the rats away. We pay a premium price for the supposed best multinational company in the city and they delivered less than I could ask a random guy from the street. I will edit the review if they actually live up to standards but I have complete doubts

You promised a thorough vacuum cleaning and pest control treatment, but what was delivered fell far short of expectations. The team was unprofessional and the service was subpar. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and take necessary actions to improve your service standards.
