I want to thank Mr. Manulal for the great service at my home today. He listened carefully to my concerns and clearly explained the treatment. He knows the process well and was very polite and professional. I feel happy and confident with the work he did. So far, I haven’t had a good experience with PCI as a company. But technicians like Mr. Manulal can help make the company better. Employees like him can really improve customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Very Good. And Work Is also Nice

Waste of time, been calling them for over two months now and they keep saying they will call back but never do. When you finally get through to them, they say the same thing again. Gorum technician never calls back. Ranjith supervisor talks up the company and puts down other companies but no service. Was so frustrated that I visited their office and spoke to the manager in person, he took my number and said will call be back in few hours but guess what? No call back. So I called him at 5pm and he said he was busy with meetings so I wished him and his team all the very best for the excellent service. Their office number was not working either and they only fixed it after I told them. Only gave 1 star as not able to give no stars!
