I've contacted them for servicing my microwave oven, they send one of their technician named Mr. Vishnu. I asked them the service cost and they said 400 for the visit and if anything need to change costs extra. I said okay. When he came, i dont know, the machine were working perfectly, he did nothing and bought 750 from my mom in my absence. I called and he said sorry, he willl return, i said i don't need it and i will complain. No more contacting them

I approached for a routine service for my Godrej split AC now more than a month no response from the service centre. If we go for a watsapp chat, the usual reply is..... Sorry we are unable to raise your request now. So don't buy any Godrej products there is no proper service after purchase.

A place you can get everything ! Choose what you want , pay for what you take. Be careful only to buy what you really need unless you want to support Govt by paying GST.
