I got my AC serviced here with the assurance of a 3-month gas warranty. Unfortunately, the same issue reappeared well within the warranty period. Since then, I have been trying to reach them, but my calls are simply not being answered. It’s extremely disappointing to see that while promises were made before the service, there is no accountability afterwards. A warranty is meant to build trust, not just to close a deal. Ignoring customers when issues recur shows a lack of professionalism and respect. I truly hope the team improves their service standards, but as of now, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
