Rodricks Housekeeping Goa

We had a full house deep cleaning done by Rodricks a year ago when we moved into our flat and were extremely happy with how professional and thorough the team was. I had 0 complaints and truthfully I can be a very difficult customer when it comes to this as I am a clean freak. I just hired their services again today; deep cleaning of my bathrooms, shampooing of a big rug of mine and window cleaning and again I’m extremely satisfied! The boys were very professional and sweet and they really do such a good job. I’ve not til date experienced such a thorough cleaning job by any other cleaning company. I will definitely keep on hiring these guys for whatever cleaning requirements I have.

WILL NEVER BOOK CLEANING SERVICE WITH THEM. They just want to take up job without giving any consideration for customer's needs. I wanted to get deep cleaning done for my house. Then I asked if they can also do wall cleaning. They sent one supervisor for inspection at my house and agreed for doing wall cleaning also. After doing the job, now they are telling me that the walls need repainting. my entire money is wasted as I have to do cleaning one more time after painting the walls. They should not have taken up wall cleaning job when it was clear after inspenction that it is not possible to clean the walls properly. My entire money is wasted due to their unprofessional attitude.

I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team for the excellent deep cleaning done at my home. The entire space looks refreshed. Special thanks to Patras, Shibir, Amrit, Michael and the whatsapp ma’am, for their hard work, attention to detail and professionalism throughout the service. Truly impressed with the quality of their work!

The service provided is top notch and the Team (headed by Debashish) assigned to clean my home was punctual, polite and professional. The team worked extra hours (beyond their usual timings) to finish the assigned task. Even Ms. Thereza from their Office helped a lot with clear information regarding the services, payment, etc. The service opted by me was a pre - opening house clean - up and the Team has done their very best to remove the tough stains (Paint, Polish, Cement, etc.). I genuinely recommmend their cleaning services.

One of the best cleaning services in Goa. Shanice was very professional on call and very patient enough to understand my queries and assigned one of the best cleaning agents to clean my house. I would like to thank reynold johnpaul phiron vikash for the best cleaning. These Guys took 6 hours to complete the deep cleaning of 1 bhk but very well done. My house feels like new. Shaina and I had some mis confusions over call but she did not charge me anything extra this shows that Rodricks cleaning care about quality work politeness kindness and not money. It was fully worth the money and I want to apologise to Shaina if I mis interpreted the conversation but I had promised the owner of flat and he was not ready to pay more than the decided amount which I conveyed. If it was my house I would definitely pay what was charged. I would highly recommend Rodricks cleaning team. I also offered a good tip to 4 staff members and also offered them snacks as they were doing their hard work.

I am amazed at the consistency of the quality of workmanship even now since 2021 when I first used their service. Eye for detail, sincerity of work, careful handling of all equipment and accessories while cleaning, removal of dirt from the farthest crevices - I realised I take pride in taking pictures of the apartment every time they leave and share it with my family.
