Don’t trust them for bike courier. Transferred my bike from Raipur to Noida. Delivery was delayed and bike was damaged during transit. Side stand and rear light of bike was damaged. They did not place bike properly during transit as they promised. They don’t even respond to calls or messages for tracking. Pathetic experience!

I would like to recommend Royal Movers and Packers for transportation work. They packed our office assets safely, including laptops, smart boards, and other equipment. Their transport charges are budget-friendly, and the service quality is excellent. The helpers were well-behaved and cooperative. Recently took service from Royal packers and movers shifted my 3BHK household from Bangalore to Durg, Chhattishgarh, They handled my belongings with great care, ensuring everything was packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. I booked my bike from them from Raipur to Bengaluru. It was pre-packed from a vendor sometime back but later I decided not to get the bike for sometime. Later I googled and found Royal Packers contact number. While the bike was already packed, they gave it another layering of protection. The bike was delivered to destination in 5 days. Bike came properly packed. However, the indicators were a little twisted. I think if we would have thought of this before, we could have given it a hard protection. As said, bike was here in Bengaluru on promised date. However, Gati was the co-vendor in this and they delayed the vehicle delivery by 4 days. But my POC from Royals packers kept me on loop and been giving me daily updates. I would definitely recommend them as movers and packers service providers. As they did a good job minus the local vendors who delayed things.

Worst movers & packers in Raipur - they will give low quotation but during movement they will keep adding extra charges. The packaging was done by novice and poor quality boxes. Beyond that they have lost my items and when calling them, they are rudely interacting and taking no responsibility. Not recommended to use their services.
