Worst ever AC repair service that I came across. They changed the motor of the fan which was with 6 months warranty and within few days it stopped working so they changed it, after sometime the same happened and when called their service centre they asked me to get the PCP changed for it and tried to charge me 3K-4K more , which I clearly denied. When got it checked from the UC technician they said AC is fine just the wiring they did was not correct and hence the issue occurred. I would highly recommend each one reading this review to not to go for them instead call someone from good sources.

I’m extremely disappointed with the services provided. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The team appears inexperienced — instead of resolving issues, they only create more problems. I strongly recommend proper training for your staff before handling customer concerns. It also seems that many of the positive reviews may not be genuine. Additionally, the manager, Rakesh, appears to lack the skills needed for effective task management. I would advise others to think twice before choosing their services.

I had booked a service with RPS Home Service for the removal and installation of my AC. At the time of booking. The technicians came, removed the AC, When I called the call center, the lady executive I first spoke to was polite and helpful. But later, when I spoke to a person named Mr. Rakesh, who supposed to be the senior his behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Even though I was politely requesting him to arrange the installation as promised, he started shouting at me as if he was doing me a personal favor. It felt like he was paying me to get the service done, not the other way around! This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I would strongly NOT recommend their service to anyone. Very poor management, broken promises, and absolutely no customer respect. Better to stay away from this kind of unprofessional service provider.
