It's good to have a license and most of the areas were not open and they were no enough space to park and test it so it's a new builded office and it's has enough space and all the works were going time to time and there is no delay in officer visit te thier offices every thing was going time to time and the main thing about this area is it was so spacious.the working time and thier efforts were excellent the registration and LLR works are also going without any delay. As competitively to the old one this a bit far from the city and as it located other side of it. and most of them were suggest to see the roads in the high way and visit .as u enter inside u can hav the details of the very officer amd thier board and designation.so mostly your not gonna have any problem during your visit.

Inspite of so much campaigning against corruption in govt offices,still the agents manage lot of things here. Ofcourse it doesnt mean that you have to go through agents only. You can still apply individually yourself and get tgrough testing and get yiur licrnse and regiatration all by yourself. But if you go through agents, lot lesser struggle. I took my two wheeler license all by myself without approaching any agents. I got my DL. Just discourage agents by doing yiurself. Its easy process. Just that you need to have little patience agaist the way the govt staff treats you..

came today at 3:00 pm waiting for 6:00pm still no response. no one will respond quickly there are so many officers inside they wont even come outside to help public they will say to wait and inside they discuss there stuff. I came for IDP its just take minutes to complete the process but here they will wait for you for hours. while I was in the office we are only one but they take so many hours to do the process

Office staff are cooperative and good

Not proper reason they're giving bills to the people ......when I came to vote in ongole from ts...the police are stopped me and checked my license and rc but they mention the bike is from ts.and ap police asking me to pay tax to transfer the bike to ap ....how I'll pay the bill ..becoz im living in ts ......rude behavior and rude attitude not proper Communication and all ....worst ongole rta never saw before like this behavior.....
