I had a very smooth and efficient experience with the Tambaram RTO office. The staff handled my request quickly, and with the help of a nearby local shop, the process was completed without hassle. Their professionalism and prompt service were a relief after my earlier struggles ⭐ 1 Star | Extremely Disappointing Experience with TGR Enterprises RTO Tambaram E‑Seva In contrast, my experience with TGR Enterprises RTO Tambaram E‑Seva (Mr. Ganesh Raj) was extremely disappointing. Despite initial promises, the vehicle re‑registration process dragged on for over four months with no transparency, accountability, or timely updates. Multiple follow‑ups were required, and once payment was made, progress only came after repeated chasing. Charges were also significantly high compared to the service delivered. ⚠️ Caution: Be careful when dealing with local brokers. My experience with TGR Enterprises was frustrating and not aligned with the service standards expected.
I recently had visited the RTO office to get new RC after removing hypothecation on my car. To my surprise the whole process was smooth and transparent. I wonder what happened to this place. An officer named Charles guided me throughout. A huge shoutout to him for his professional service.
Caters to the Tambaram area. Driving tests are usually given near Kishkinta. This is RTO office all documentation, photos are done here. Usually crowded.
We went for the process of issuing a Learner’s License — the first step toward getting your driving license. It’s best to arrive on time to avoid long queues later, though be prepared to wait, as the official took about 45 minutes to show up despite us being punctual. Once it started, the process was smooth and took just around 10 minutes. The officer asked basic questions like name, occupation, date of birth, and place, took a photograph, and also asked us to click a picture of the verification process. The Learner’s License process was carried out for me by Velvizhi Driving School, and all the printout work was done very precisely. We arrived early at 7:30 am, and Velvizhi guided us to the ground. I completed the process for both the scooty and car at the ground nearby in Tambaram. After that, we went to the RTO office, received a pass message, and then got our pictures clicked and signed. This final process took about 15–20 minutes. We received the license in about a weeks time
Worst service. These people behave like they are president of India. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Even the camera man who just takes photos behaves rudely. Don't know what these people Think about themselves. Govt should see our reviews and based on that they should give warnings to them. If still they do the same, they should be removed out of the job. Soon this type of system will come in place, they can't earn good govt handsome salary for doing nothing. Lazy people..
Documentation process is very smooth and quick. The only issue is we have to carry 100 rs extra, the RTO officer Will force you to donate for flag day. Apart from this rest of service is good
I had applied online for LLR AND ADDRESS CHANGE. It's a little crowded in the morning. The process is smooth. But the officers ask to donate for the armed forces flag day fund compulsorily which is not good.
