Beaware of Duplicate products. I had a very bad experience with this electrical shop. I purchased electrical wires and other materials for my home, and while buying, the shop owner confidently told me that everything they sell is original and branded. Trusting their words, I went ahead with the purchase. However, when I tried to return one of the leftover wire rolls, they suddenly changed their statement and told me it’s not original, and refused to take it back or refund the money. My concern is not even about the refund now — it’s about the fact that I’ve unknowingly used duplicate (first copy) wires in my home electrical work, thinking they were genuine. This is not just unethical but dangerous too. Such shops misuse customer trust and give false commitments just to sell their products. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shop if you value quality and safety.

Pathetic experience! Don’t fall for their 4.9-star ratings — they seem fake. I purchased electrical items worth ₹21,000, and the owner initially spoke very politely, assuring me that unused goods could be returned for a refund. But when I went back a week later, they completely changed their words, behaved rudely, and made me wait unnecessarily. The owner refused to talk, and his sons handled the matter in an unprofessional way, denying everything promised earlier. I was never even given an original invoice with the shop name. I’ve already raised a complaint with the National Consumer Grievance (Complaint No: 8094479). Very disappointing and untrustworthy business. Avoid this shop.
