Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Trust! I used this so-called reliable packers and movers based on their positive reviews in April 2024, expecting a professional service to handle my expensive belongings – a high-end cycle and a portable green screen. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon receiving my shipment, both items were severely damaged. The cycle was completely ruined, and the green screen was rendered unusable. I had paid for insurance, so I assumed I'd be covered in case of damage. But when I reached out, they outright refused to provide compensation, citing vague and unprofessional excuses. They promised some reimbursement, but even after six months of constant follow-ups, I received a mere ₹4000 for a loss of ₹60,000! That’s not even close to what I deserve, and the entire process felt like an outright scam. This company’s handling of my goods and their appalling customer service have left me furious. It’s clear they have no respect for customer rights or satisfaction. If you value your belongings and hard-earned money, do not trust this company. It's really very nice service, yesterday we have shifted my house safely. The logistics and packing service provide by the safe time packers are very awesome. I and all my family members are very happy because all the furniture and items in our house has been shifted on time and Safely. The behavior of the packers teams was very good and they packed all the items in three layer which was against breakable glass items. Packed them very well too.I talked to many packers and movers in the city, but the lowest price I found was from the packer who shifted the safest items.My household items were packed in four vehicles and not a single item was broken or missing. Highly professional and proficient team. The group of 8 members was very understanding of our needs and worked well together. also arranged for an extra vehicle without any additional charge as there were more items than he estimated. The team arrived on time as agreed upon and started working right away. Packing was done very professionally and they took extra precautions by waterproofing some items as there were dark clouds around. This proved helpful because there was a torrential downpour just as they started loading the vehicle. The team did not grumble even though there were many bulky items that needed to be shifted from first and second floors through a narrow stairway. They wrapped every single item with foam blankets and then with plastic wrap to make them waterproof.

Best service given by Safe Times Packers and Movers, they are the best in town i am saying this because i have used a lot of packers and movers till date and Safe Time packers is the best, hassle free shifting and safe shifting. Highly Recommend.
