Worst experience ever. Never use the service of Safegati as: a) They are unprofessional b) They does not deliver on time c) My car delivery was scheduled to be done separately in a closed truck, but they actually drove the care from bangalore to hyderabad without informing d) My expensive luggage items got damaged and no refund for same (photos given) e) My baby chair, which they forgot to deliver to my location and is at hyderabad only, but they are not even bothered to send the same f) Unitl you pay the full amount, they holded delivery of the car, despite so much harassment to customer g) Unprofessionally packed the entire luggage would request never ever avail any service from safegati

Editing my review after these people replied to it that it's fake. Because IT IS NOT (also, why would I give a fake review to a random org!?) I'm putting this review because Safegati's services are the worst. Not to mention, most of there good reviews are older. They promised us to deliver our goods from Hyderabad to Ajmer in 6 days, it took them 12 days with multiple excuses. Also, they take full payment in the beginning so that they can scam people later. They told us door to door delivery, and pickup was from 3rd floor and they had no problem in that but while delivering they refused to deliver on 1st floor which by the way we've have mentioned while booking their pathetic service. So, anybody's who's looking for a movers and packers please be aware and don't book Safegati because there are other lot of services which charge way less and provide better service. Unfortunately, I didn't know better but now I'm trying to help others from this review. P.S: Edited this review just to put that all my breakable items including mirrors, frames, plates etc are broken (completely shattered)

These people are scammers, I had booked their services 5 months back and most of the product was damaged and I had even takeon insurance claim the insurance too. But after 3 months of following up with them there is no update and now they are not even picking up the phone. They talk very sweetly but they are scammers and cheater. Please beware of them. I have filed the consumer complaint against them.

They don't reserve a one start rating also because when I booked my stuff from Hyderabad to Bangalore they said they will delivery in one day but they delivered after three days with so many follow ups and when I asked for the acknowledgement copy of the item received also they are asking extra payment for the receipt of the copy I'm re-editing my review because they mentioned I'm a fake reviewers Dear Safegati if your not aware of my shipment kindly check at your end if you want any proof I will upload the Invoice and Delivery challan and even when I called for the receipt also they are charging More money

My experience with Safegati hyd has been very poor. They send staff for help but we need to request them to do everything...they don't know what they are supposed to do. My storage boxes were not sent on time and it had a live rat in it. Plus my single mattress was missing and iantead they sent me some mattress in a very bad condition. I am still following up with them for the same. My TV table was broken and they just casually said you can claim it. .few miscellaneous items are broken too from kictehn storage. Overall, not very concerned about our issues and takes no responsibility to return our packages.

Liars. Please guys don't ever book their services. Booked from Hyderabad to Ajmer. Firstly they lied about the weight and cost more than actual weight of my goods when I personally checked on ground. They send fake weight on whatsapp of my goods and asked for more money. Secondly they lied that your goods will be delivered within 5-6 working days and in real they took more than 12 days. Third one that don't fall for their packing way of items. When I received my goods after 12 days, all glass items were broken and also even my costly mirror. I have their receipt of booking items SAFEGATI PACKERS AND MOVERS and my payment screenshot pf Rs 26K around. Again i am saying, better to book other service than their worst or regret later.

I am going to file a complaint against Safegati Packers and Movers (OPC) Pvt. Ltd Hyderabad for their completely unprofessional, dishonest, and fraudulent behavior. I had availed their service to transport my household goods. At the time of booking, they committed to deliver the consignment within 7 days. However, it has now been 17 days, and my goods have still not been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, calls, and messages, the company representatives keep giving false assurances and excuses. After several arguments, they are now flatly denying delivery and refusing to take any accountability for my shipment. This is a clear case of deficiency in service, breach of commitment, and unethical business practice under the Consumer Protection Act. Their actions have caused me immense mental stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. I have all relevant proofs, including the booking receipt, payment details, and communication records, which clearly establish their fault and negligence.
