Worst experience. My experience with Samad Packers has been very bad. It was my mistake to trust Samad Packers and Movers based on referral. Due to mishandling of my boxes and items, some items have been destroyed beyond repair while transport due to improper packaging, boxes were torn while transport, and two items are missing. Please find the details of the objects below with images and videos - 1) Television - Sony Bravia - Damaged worth 35000/- 2) Books, puzzles - Damaged - Improper packaging worth 1000/- 3) Mattress and speakers - missing from the delivery worth 16000/- 4) Scratches on my vehicle due to improper packaging. 5) 5 Glasses damaged during transit worth 1200/- Also, the manager stole from me. Beware of these fraudulent movers and packers Also, do not employ their services if you want your stuff to reach you safely. Also, they will not take responsibility for their mistakes and you cannot reason with their manager/owner. This was the worst experience ever with movers and packers

I would certainly recommend Samad Packers for their absolute honesty and remarkable skills to pack, load and transport. Samad and his team have done a wonderful job for the shifting of full stock 3 bhk from Koramangala to Yelahanka. TEAM is Smart and quick. I will surely recommend them. All the best.

Avoid This Service – Hidden Charges, Zero Accountability, and Total Chaos Our move with this company was a disaster from start to finish. We were quoted ₹17,000 after an in-person inspection, only to have the price raised to ₹18,500 post-packing—without any real justification. Eventually, we were hit with a ₹22,500 bill, thanks to a surprise GST addition and vague claims of "extra items." No larger vehicle was provided to match this supposed increase. They insisted on ₹20,000 upfront and delayed the move until we paid ₹15,000, still holding our belongings hostage. Upon arrival, no unloading help was arranged—despite promises—leaving us scrambling at 6 a.m. Worse still, they claimed only ₹4,000 of our payment went to the driver and demanded ₹3,000 more. Every step involved miscommunication, blame-shifting, and zero responsibility. Final cost? ₹19,000 and a whole lot of stress. This service relies on middlemen and takes no ownership. Think twice before booking.
