Absolutely worst service experience. I paid ₹3,500 expecting professional AC servicing, but instead, I ended up with a leaking AC that started dripping water inside the room shortly after they "completed" their work. I recently relocated and trusted them to properly fix the issue so I wouldn’t have to deal with problems in a new place. Not only did they fail to fix anything, but they actually left me with a bigger mess. Water leakage inside the room after servicing clearly shows how careless and incompetent the work was. Charging ₹3,500 for such pathetic service is nothing short of daylight robbery. There was no proper inspection, no proper fixing — just money collected and zero accountability. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and highly disappointing. I strongly warn others not to waste their time and money here. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from this service provider.

Do not believe them with the reviews and higher ratings. I took Gas Filling and Pump service cleaning from them on 7 -Mar-2025 with the cost of Rs. 4,200/- (Very Costly). Also, the service engineer gave false commitment that they will repair any issue after service at free of cost within 6 months of service. Immediately after the service I started experiencing water leakage from the AC Indoor unit. I called them number of times and their customer service is very bad where they are neglecting to attend the calls most of the times (always mention that the service engineers are busy). After a month follow-up on 8-Apr-2025, a service engineer came and checked: Very poor response and did not solve my issue. After his check, the water leakage has increased more. We are calling for a AC service especially during summer for using it, but in this case I am not able to use my AC even after their service before a month. I am struggling and not able to sleep properly that too with small kid. They do not care about the customer satisfaction, but all they care about is only Money. Everyone please take this as wake up call and do not call them for any servicing. Note: I have attached my bill and water leakage issue from AC indoor unit. @Sarwin: Arrange a service engineer and solve my AC issue immediately.

Mr. Sarwin Air Conditions will handle complete AC scope including design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning for this project. AC capacity shall be finalised based on detailed heat load calculations. Only inverter-type ACs with approved copper piping, proper vacuuming, earthing, and individual MCBs shall be provided. Warranty, AMC support, and full service responsibility shall be ensured.

Completely unprofessional and careless work. Charging this much for such poor service is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money here.

Full fraud people. I got know them from Instagram reels and called them genuinely and asked for servicing my AC. First day full ac clean done and the service persons was very junior and they repaired my AC strange noice came. 2nd day my AC did not work at all so called them they filled the ac gas and changed the capictor but still no cooling After 100+ calls did not pickup and they did not come to service even though it has warranty. 5000 rs wasted Please don't use this company as your ac service provider, very untrustable people

Not satisfied with the service. Book only for general servicing. If they suggest AC gas filling, please don’t proceed — they may overcharge or mislead you.

Don't believe the top review may be that are paid I have opted their service 20days back in chennai , no service after payment collected, no cooling ac suddenly turn off .... Even I had called electrician for the issue but he told ac has some fault ... I had perfectly working ac after installation from this team to my new home my ac is not working properly... Avoid these people service don't believe in 30days free service...
