Had a great experience with Sepex. Team is efficient and are careful with all items esp appliances and fragile stuff. They were cooperative and i appreciate the extra effort of ensuring multilayer packing for appliances and also lamination of boxes to ensure no damage due to humidity during warehousing for few months. Belapur staff little better but left 2 important things like bansuri set, bedsheet. Also asked to cover the bed with bed cover bur said it will be done in Boisar, and Boisar only 2 people please non cooperative, were in very hurry, asked to cover bed, they said we don't know where it is. Belapur asked to shift table, thrown table cloth down and shifted and left. Ignore curtains rest gonies pic.
