Very pathetic service and very unprofessional courier with no business ethics. I could rate this courier even minus ten if I had an option here because they keep your order at their office for 4-5 days and their agent keep making excuses and they keep passing your courier to every new agent daily and you get a call from new agent for 4-5 days continuously and they first store all courier for 4-5 days or even a week and finally you will have to collect your courier from their office in case if payment is already done online in advance. I received my order after 5 days arriving in haldwani and I kept them calling daily and they kept making excuses and their agents are very illiterate and lost minded who don't even know about city or locality at all and you keep chasing them all day just for parcel.

Meesho hire very unprofessional courier service providers to save their cost and make high margins specially when you pay in advance via online payment mode. The shadowfax courier agent was very rude and unprofessional, made so many excuses and wanted me to receive parcel midway even after sharing my house current location and he finally returned the parcel and it was not delivered to me for the next 3 more days. Very very unprofessional courier service provider with no responsibility, it was literally a horrible experience

Very bad experience. Order is continuously getting delayed from the past few days along with a very rude behaviour of the delivery boy . I would suggest to never get any parcel from this website. Really it do not deserve even one star

Bad experience. They are not delivering any big parcels to your doorstep. I had ordered one mattress online and after it reached Haldwani there was no call for delivery. I had to search in google for their location of warehouse. I went to the warehouse and they told they don't have enough manpower and vehicle to deliver big packages. Fortunately I went over there on time and collected it myself otherwise they were going to return it after few days. Very bad service from Shadowfax Haldwani.

Pathetic service, unprofessional delivery agents who express inability to deliver items as they don’t have mode of conveyance for delivery.. they will ask you to come and collect the courier from their office.. If irresponsibility had a brand name, this service would qualify…Shadowfax is a team with bunch of incompetent, worthless and utterly useless people pretending to run a courier service.

Plz give my parcel actually it was ordered by Ajio Date - 31july 2025 But the orederd is not delivered
