Not useful and they don’t do second service as promised. Waste of money.
I had done bed bug pest control from them in March. They had promised me 2 servicing within 15 days. The bed bugs are not gone and they don't bother to even receive the call.. I have tried calling them so many times but nobody picks up. And even if by chance they do pick up, they promise to send the person but nobody arrives
My experience with Shakti Pest control was really fantastic.. I got very good services from them when I called them.. The telephonic conversation plus practical experience was really amazing.. As was promised on phone, I saw many cocroaches dieing immediately after bio degradable chemical usage.. The boy who came for pest control seemed to be experienced and was helpful.. He instructed me and helped me to empty the kitchen... I am extremely happy with the overall service provided by them.. I would like to recommend them to everyone.. This was their first visit at my place.. Happy customer

Worst experience, they are not professional. Fake review ratings. Request everyone to not go by ratings. Cockroach returns in month. And these guys dont care and don't respond.
