Review after 1 day of service: After my initial experience which was very good, the follow-up was terrible. Mr. Ravikant promised that he will check the fault of it happens again and will not charge. Although the fault was resolved on Sunday, it happened again on Monday and Mr. Ravikant said he will charge again to visit and check it. Very terrible experience. Had he visited again and help resolve it properly, the experience would have been good. I would not recommend an unprofessional person who does not stay true to his words.

Best electrician in our location,(Rohini) whenever I called him he available on time, and his behavior is also too polite, he never ask for extra money and all, he always focuse to resolve our query only, ....... very nice work, well satrtisfied.

The service here is excellent.. they are available 24 ×7 ..all the staffs are well trained and they have all the things available.

Excellent service and quick response by Mr.Ravikant. Yesterday my A/c stopped working at 1am, and was resolved within an hour..

We called the electrician at 3:15 AM in emergency, he reached on time and started to check the MCB board. He was unable to find the solution. He said there's a problem in meter, we went down and found the meter to be working fine, he was still persistent about the meter not working so we called the people from TPDDL to check it, they also said that the meter is working fine. He came upstairs and started experimenting with the MCB board again and couldn't find the solution. All this took 3 hours and our problem was still not solved. Electrician said at 6 in the morning that there's a problem with some internal wiring in the MCB board and someone needs the open the board amd then check for the problem. The service provided was very unprofessional and at the end we were still left with no solution. So the electrician left. The next day, the owner of Shivraj Electricals messaged me on whatsapp that how shameless I am to not pay the electrician to come late at night. We called the electrician in emergency and he was not trained enough to solve the problem and the service was NOT provided to us still he told us to pay money to him. We would've happily paid if the problem would have been solved. But that didn't happen so...

Very good service. Thanks to Ravikant Bhaiya who came in odd hours and resumed our electricity.
