I had a very disappointing experience with this transportation company. Several of my household items were lost during the move, including sentimental belongings that can’t be replaced. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. There was no clear accountability or compensation offered. Moving is already stressful, and this situation made it worse. I would not recommend this company if you value your belongings and peace of mind.
