Worst experience in last 3 times delivery can't delivered in real time delay time a week. Managerial decision making Worst. No systematic work.

Extremely poor service! Call never gets answered, and parcels are never delivered on time. The owner himself talks very rudely and doesn’t care about customers at all. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible staff. I’ll never recommend this transport service to anyone.

Very Third class Transport I have seen. Very poor handling of Shipment. Getting badly damaged during Transportation.

They just transport goods from one godown to another for no reason and delay the delivery to customer. Staff managing paper works are not trained and are rude. They charge 10RS above the final bill for no reason even if you collect goods from their office.

3 class service... dont sent parcel using this logistics

I have given my parcel at Hirawadi Nashik on 5th July 2024 to send to Chinchwad Pune. Person told me parcel will reach on next day. Now today 5 days completed but still my parcel in his Vilholi location. And when we contacted to the persons they are given any proper reason why it is taking too much time. Worst service experienced

VERY VERY CLASS LESS SERVICE BY SNGT NASHIK AND VADODARA, THEY HAVE EATEN MY GOODS BY TEARING ALL MY 4 BAGS AND NOT ACCEPTING BY GIVING EXCUSES......SNGT NASHIK - HARSH AND RAJESH....HAVE SOME COURAGE BY ACCEPTING YOUR TRANSPORTS MISTAKES.....ATTACHING FEW PHOTOS OF YOUR CARELESSNESS.... REPLY OF YOUR RESPONSE Unfounded Allegations: Obviously, i am accusing your team as 7 KG of my goods was missing because of your transport... if it's not by your transport team then give me my 7 KG of goods.. It's your responsibility to deliver goods in a proper manner... Pacakging Concerns: One new excuse which was not highlighted or informed to me earlier... Anyways...if you know that bag pacakging is not good then why do you have taken to your transport.. why you have not refused to take that goods ?? Again is your mistake... If you have accepted it then its totally your responsibility to transport that goods in proper manner. Accountability: Same to you my dear...acknowledge your failure to not deliver goods fully and properly... i am sure someone is taking care and approving goods to transport it.. if anyone have approved it with with bad packaging then its your failure... And yes, regarding professionalism and reputation i can guess it by seeing your almost 70 to 80 negative ratings.. If you want to resolve the issue, then its very SIMPLE send me my missing goods... And one Reminder from my side also to ask your team to not take goods if pacakging is not proper.. and once you delivering goods then inform your customers to check weights to make sure everything is ok...to avoid issues like this.. This is my responsible communication.. Now lets see your responsibility..
