Very bad service,simply awful! I had booked them for delivery in December,it is January, yet I am waiting for them to deliver my household stuff! No one responses despite multiple attempts to connect! Extremely unprofessional, indisciplined attitude shown by *Sonu Hooda* who handled my work. I have already paid the full amount along with insurance money,they keep on making excuses everytime I call them ,they say they will be doing it in a day or two.They are neither sending me pics of my items assuring it is safe or it is held in their godown! Shame to the company and the handler *Sonu Hooda* GIDC,Ankhaleshwar!

Worst transportation service ever seen ,don’t believe on this people. They committed your household items receive within 7-8 but i received after 15 days in worst condition, my all articles was wetted because of rain they not covered with roof and some articles damaged and missed some of products. I did insurance as well but their team not answering call and not taking responsibility on missing items and my all household items wet so that smell badly and some of clothes and blankets not useful more.

I used service for my household shifting from Dhoraji to Rajkot Very professional, on time service. All packaging, loading, unloading done with extra care and no damage to any item.

Non professional experience, forgot their service after paying their service charge.The packing work is good but not taking care of packages on their godowns.They have no updates package movement or also they are not having any tracking about their vehicle,don't know on which vehicle the package is moving,giving wrong driver number for follow up.Not delivered on the committed date,also they don't know they are having holiday by giving the delivery date.Not taking care of the packages-keeping the packages in open area in rain.Delivered rain soaked packages with damaged items.Taken the service charges for unpacking but not provided and also not reimbursing.Not reimbursing the cost of damages,even after taking insurance
