While the moving was done very professionally and all items were moved very carefully and reached my second location intact, the way the labour behaved was very unprofessional. They started the work at 7:15 am in the morning. First they asked for tea which I provided. Around 10 they again demanded tea which I could not provide since all things were packed. Then at 11 they kept asking for breakfast and even after I told them it's not my job to give them it's not my responsibility to provide them breakfast throughout the moving they kept asking again and again. For a female getting through this move and dealing with the labour was very scary Please train your labour how to behave professionally

Since 2019 when I shifted from Gurgaon to Pune and in 2023 when I shifted back from Pune to Gurgaon I used Smart packers and movers. They are reasonable and have a very good approachable attitude. This time had a glitch just from pune personnels of them but Mr. Sunil handled it very professionally. The best part I liked is the packing made me out of words. It's awesome and ensures that not even a scratch happens to your belongings.

Labelling should be done by the team on packaged boxes for arranging boxes in planned manner. It makes a big difference. 2. The team picked up boxes in random fashion from all rooms so there was mix up while unloading which becomes a big task towards end of the day. 3. For wrapping furniture legs to protect from scratches/damage, one needs to ask the team to do it firmly. In my case, it was done for the solid wood study table but not for standing mandir unit. Luckily, there was no mishandling by the team. 4. Earlier, it was communicated that 17ft truck will be sufficient for moving in a single trip but during moving, we had to take 3 trips. Tips for those who are opting for packaging and moving companies: 1. No need to panic, the team is having experience to take care of this. 2. Keep a gas cylinder cover handy or put the cap on gas injection nozzle. It was missed by the team and we had leakage problem while reinstalling. Service is definitely recommendable
