"Disappointing experience with [SMS packers and Movers - Bangalore]! Moved on Oct 7, 2025. Workers allegedly stole brand-new clothes (10 Jockey underwear, 10 banians which costs 6.5k) Claimed items were in carton box, but I distinctly remember packing them differently. They made me confused. Also some other stuffs are missing like chargers which are noticed now. And Delivery also took 1.5 hours, despite promised 30-45 minutes. Poor service and questionable integrity. Would not recommend." Don’t trust them.

We recently shifted a dining table set , wardrobe and refrigerator all the way from Rajajinagar to Maddur village. We were happy with the reasonable quotation and the timely manner the work was carried about. The shifting was done carefully and overall was a smooth process. My experience with SMS Packers & Movers was fully satisfying. Seven staffs had come and swiftly finished my shifting in 2 trips. Very professional and fast. Even the fragile items were very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them for shifting without any hassles.

I have been taking their service since 7 years. Earlier thier service was good. Nowadays they are bit carelessness. And just for few items they send 7 to 8 people and they harrassed me to give more tips. Each person should be given Rs 300. And I had given them 6500 for shifting. And sofa and cots they never handle carefully now as before. The company needs to guide them. And they never steal anything as told by some people here. I called them to complain but they never called me back. Please look into it.

Very swift and smooth process. Have taken services for relocating from Bangalore to tumkur. They were punctual. Items were cleanly packed and moved.

I appreciate the service as promised but the guys who have came to the site were very unprofessional. 1, They have not packed the things properly. 2, They stole money from wherever they can. Didn’t even spare the money from Hundi. I lost about 3k from handbag. 3, Their demand for tips or gift is so high than their daily wages. I have complained this to the management but received no reply.
