The service was extraordinary. The workers were very polite and respectful. They made us comfortable. I was very satisfied with the service. They fixed the air conditioner very good.

Being a responsible citizen, it my moral responsibility to bring this to your notice about the careless Attitude towards customer after service. My LG washing machine is repaired at SNOW WORLD. He took 10 odd days to repair it,that too from a third party service centre. The repair was just 3 diodes replacement, but the issue he mentioned initially before handing over the machine was PROGRAMMING ERROR.(on 18th/07/2020). Please find attach the bill of the same.I have been charged INR 1200. Repeated reminder & phone calls need to be made to get it repaired. They did mention that now after service washing machine is under warranty fro the next 6 month & assured that if it is not functioning properly.It would taken care. Later after waiting for almost a month from the date of delivery 24th/07/2020 (My washing machine is idle,useless at home], when I approached him to get fix the machine, he said he shall fix a new board now & it would cost between 2000 to 2500 rupee. I agreed to it, only on the condition that he will provide six month of warranty as said by him earlier. There is no answer from him now. Now when I said him that "Since you had assured me that the machine will run well after getting fixed, so I trusted in your words & asked you to fix it" For this he replied " Have I married to you?,why did you trust me? This unprofessional behavior was not expected from a Service man. Rather he must have accepted that he couldn't fix it & regret for the inconvenience occurred.

One of the best service centre in tumkur and friendly people. genuine and orginal parts are used. And the best is on time Proffesional response. With reasonable rate. Thanks for ur service.....
